Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Table of Contents

In the United States, many individuals struggle with drug and alcohol addiction. Some estimates put the number of those over the age of 12 who would benefit from treatment at more than 23 million. However, only a select few of those in need of help go through a professional luxury addiction treatment program. At United Recovery Project Florida, we offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) as part of our full continuum of care. This approach to treatment provides a high level of support as well as evidence-based and holistic therapies to help our guests heal. In our luxury treatment center, you’ll be able to focus on your journey to recovery away from the stresses of everyday life.

Learn more about our partial hospitalization program as well as our other substance abuse treatment programs by contacting United Recovery Project Florida at 833.525.0166 today.

What Is A Partial Hospitalization Program?

Partial hospitalization programs are designed as a step-down from residential treatment. They still offer a high level of support and daily sessions in our treatment center, but guests return home or to a sober living residence at the end of each day. Guests attend both group and individual therapy sessions and participate in activities to help them rebuild their lives in sobriety.

One of the primary benefits of going through treatment in our recovery center is that you’ll be in a safe, supportive environment as you work through addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. At United Recovery Project, we believe in treating the mind, body, and spirit of those suffering from substance use disorder.

Are You A Candidate For A PHP?

Not sure whether our PHP in South Florida is right for you? Consider the following:

  • Have you gone through drug and alcohol detox or a residential treatment program?
  • Do you have support and a drug-free environment at home, or are you moving into a sober living residence?
  • Would you benefit from a high level of support as you work through the underlying causes of addiction?
  • Do you want to participate in therapies like equine therapy, art therapy, and music therapy?

If you can answer “yes” to any of the above, reach out to our treatment team today.

Our Approach To Treatment

Each of our guests receives a personalized treatment plan designed to help them reach their goals. While treatment is co-ed, we maintain separate housing for men and women so they can work with their gender peers in a comfortable environment. Some of the addiction therapy programs you might participate in during your time in our PHP include:

  • Equine therapy
  • Beach trips to the beautiful Florida coast
  • Life skill training to promote healthy growth
  • Relapse prevention education
  • Creative therapies, including art therapy and music therapy
  • Nutrition workshops to help our guests become their healthiest selves

We understand how important the environment is when treating addiction. Our South Florida location provides a serene setting and is central to hundreds of 12 step meetings weekly. We believe that taking an addict out of their using environment is essential to successful treatment. Once you make contact with one of our trusted treatment consultants, we can help you and your loved one arrange travel and transportation to our detox facility regardless of where you are in the country.
